Time to get back to posting about all the great weddings I’ve been blessed to be a part of and DJ!
I DJed for Jesse and Abby back in May 2016 at a beautiful location Bridgewater Place overlooking the Grand River.
The venue and staff were great, with the bar and cocktail hour in the lobby and the dinner and reception in the ballroom.
Jesse and Abby included some great family traditions like a “Si Leben Hoch” a German wedding toast and song where the bride and groom were lifted in chairs by the guests. Looks a little goofy in the picture above but the event was great and a memorable part of the night!
Jesse and Abby had Thomas Rhett’s “Die a Happy Man” as their first song. After the other special dances it wasn’t long before the dance floor was packed with family and friends. They gave out “Selfie Sticks” to guests and those were out on the dance floor all night.
It was great working with Jesse and Abby! Jesse got back with me after the wedding and shared this:
“Thanks again for being our DJ! We will highly recommend you… Another couple reached out to me yesterday and I told him not to waste his time with anyone else…”
